Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be processed the following business day. Most orders will ship the same day they are processed. However, guitars may ship several days after they are ordered to allow for them to be inspected and setup by a certified technician.

The Guitar Boutique has always maintained a policy of ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of the personal information provided by our customers, or accumulated in the course of doing business with them. We are committed to ensuring compliance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and substantially similar provincial laws in Alberta and British Columbia. This policy applies to agents or others providing services to us.
Returns & Replacements
          You may return your product within 30 days of your purchase.  The product must be in store bought condition with complete packaging.  The original receipt must be provided. For guitars, a restocking fee of the greater of 5% or $25 will be deducted from your refund.  Used guitars can be returned for store credit only.  After 30 days, products may be returned only at the discretion of the store for store credit only and may be subjected to a restocking fee.
          Special orders may be returned at the discretion of the store and may be subjected to a restocking fee.
          Harmonicas and earplugs are non-refundable.
          Customer must re-pay freight charge during the return process
Because prices, product descriptions, and availability can change quickly, The Guitar Boutique does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale. We also reserve the right to at any time, reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our web site we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
Advertisements on our web site are invitations to you to make an offer to purchase products and services on The Guitar Boutique web site and are not offers to sell. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order.
